Getting ready for loosing Fat


We have to get ready for loosing fat, I mean to say we have to change our daily habits .... its not about just going  to gym and thinking that now I will loose fat. We need to change our mind set and just start writing your goal what you wants to achieve and always keep your goal up which your heart says and don't listen your mind that you can achieve it or not. Write how you want to look, it may a hero, wrestler, bodybuilder, fitness champ.
    And after writing the goal you are ready to achieve it, always keep your goal with you and keep on reading it daily 2 to 3 times. Now next part is thinking about which type to exercise you are going to do and which type to food you will eat. I will give you my all guideline for choosing right exercise and food for loosing the fat.
